Welcome to Green City Electrical (Hereford)
Founded by Dan Seaber-Shinn
Hi, I’m Dan, the founder of Green City Electrical. I started this business to offer something different: a personal, one-on-one electrical service built on trust, reliability, and professionalism.
My aim is simple: to provide a consistently high standard of workmanship, clear communication and a service that customers can genuinely rely on.
As a registered NICEIC Domestic Installer, I carry out all work to the highest professional standards, giving you confidence that it’s done right, safely, and in line with current regulations. Plus, it’s covered by the NICEIC 6-Year Platinum Promise for added peace of mind.
On top of that, I offer my own 24-month no-quibble warranty on all work - because I believe in standing by what I do.
Over 90% of my work comes through word of mouth and personal recommendations, which means a lot to me. It shows that people trust the work I do and are happy to recommend me to their friends, family and neighbours.
Absolutely brilliant! First class service. Such a pleasure these days to find someone who not only does what they say they will but, also goes that little further, all at a reasonable cost. Happy to highly recommend Dan and, from now on, is the electrician I will call.

being different
Tired of tradespeople who don’t get back to you?
You’re not the only one!! It’s something I’ve made a real effort to do differently. I believe good communication matters.
If you ask for a quote, I’ll get back to you quickly with a clear, honest response.
And if I can’t help for any reason, I’ll tell you upfront.
No chasing, no waiting around, and no false promises
